t. Stephen’s staff comprises a full-time rector and a part-time parish administrator. The parish also employs a part time director of music, a sexton, and a childcare provider for Sunday mornings. An active laity supports the rector and staff. The vestry and wardens, working closely with parish committees, oversee aspects of administration, particularly buildings and grounds, stewardship, outreach, and finances.

An important resource for the parish is its associate clergy, who celebrate, preach, visit, and conduct adult education programs. They also serve as an informal counsel to the Rector, and supply during his absence.
