Thank you for your interest in using space at St. Stephen’s for your event. We host many different kinds of events ranging from committee meetings to concerts.
Our Space Use Policy and Fees, and Space Use Request Form are provided below. To make a request, please send a completed Space Use Request Form to the parish office at ststephensmiddlebury@gmail.com. You will receive a response shortly after to discuss further details.
You are invited to first reference our Building Calendar to check for space availability when considering dates for your event.
Please note renovation and HVAC work is happening on our lower level. The Parish Hall and Kitchen are not available for space use until work is completed, estimated to be December 2025.
