Thank you for your interest in using space at St. Stephen’s for your event. We host many different kinds of events ranging from committee meetings to performances.
You are invited to first reference our Building Calendar to check for space availability when considering dates for your event.
Please note: In preparation for our annual Peasant Market event, the Parish Hall is not available from June 14 - July 20, the Upper Meeting Room is not available from June 20 - July 12, and the Nave is not available during these weeks.
Our Space Use Policy and Fees, and Space Use Request Form are provided below. To make a request, please send a completed Space Use Request Form to the parish office at ststephensmiddlebury@gmail.com. You will receive a response to discuss further details.
